I've worked with many photographers before over various milestones of my life. That being said, I can't recommend Emilie enough. I have never had a photographer put as much heart and energy into their work. We booked a motherhood shoot with a zoom call, to go over each other's vision, baby's schedule and a get to know each other so that photo day felt comfortable and well thought out. I found this extremely helpful as babies can be so unpredictable. For example, my child decided it was a zero nap day. When Emilie showed up I was nervous for how it would go but she made the entire experience easy, organic and allowed my son to lead the way.
We cherish these photos more than I can express, even capturing the smallest details I mentioned, like his hands. I have those sweet moments to hold onto forever. This is not be the last time I use her!

Had a mutual friend do a mother / son photoshoot post on Instagram with Emilie. I decided to reach out and got a quick response followed by a familiarity phone call. Emilie definitely goes above and beyond to see what kinds of photos you want and the aesthetic of the photoshoot you have pictured. Emilie!!! I have had photo shoots for all kinds of different events in my life. Like, maternity shoots, Christmas, family and Emilie was probably my favorite photographer to work with. You can tell she truly loves her craft and is so easy to communicate your vision. For One reason or another, the craziest things would happen to me scheduling- wise and Emilie was so understanding and flexible with that. Once she arrived on the shoot, she made sure my entire family was comfortable that we were both on the same page in terms of what we expected. She gave us back the pictures, I loved them all that I now have too many to pick from that I want to print. Emilie shot beautiful maternity photos for my husband and me. She made us both feel so comfortable and at ease right from the start, and made the whole process so light and happy! You know that girl that always insists on getting group photos and portraits at any occasion? The one that slows you down during a trip because she wants to photograph everything? Well, nice to meet you, it’s me!!
My journey into photography has been a wild and amazing ride! I started my career in autopilot, following what I thought was the “right” path working in sales and marketing for big companies or start-ups. But I’m the type of person that is either on FIRE by what I’m doing or losing my light and joy very quickly.
So I took the risk to quit everything to find my path and I'm so glad I did! Expressing my creativity through photography brings me so much meaning! Living the artist life makes my wild, free and romantic heart SO happy!
Although photography is my main creative outlet, I'm a multi-passionate person at heart. I'm curious about everything. I bring that curiosity and passion into every experience I create so be ready to join me on a very fun ride!!

I have been a full-time professional photographer for more than 5 years now. I first focused on portraits while being nomadic and I recently put my suitcases down in California with my husband! Now I shoot portraits, couples and intimate weddings!
I'm originally from France but I'm now based in Mission Viejo in Southern California. I also return to France and Europe frequently, I'm always up for an adventure as travel as always been one of my biggest inspiration! My base prices include all trips in California (or where I am) and I do often have couples or people that traveled to me for their photoshoot! Check all my future destinations here.
The good thing about having years of experience is that I'm very well equipped to adapt to any weather situation! I often find it's by going with what nature offers that create the most beautiful and spontaneous situations! However, if the weather is bad to the point that it would damage my gear, we can obviously find another date and postpone!
You'll receive your photos 2-3 weeks after our photoshoot in a beautiful online gallery!
I don't limit the number of photos anymore. For the purpose of telling your story fully and expressing my creativity, you'll receive all the good images that we created. I do guarantee a minimum of photos depending on the collection you choose but the most important to me is that you have all the details, angles and perspectives of our moment together. I don't behold any memory from you!
I don't, the photos are not truly done until I apply my creative vision fully which includes my editing. My philosophy with editing is to only remove things that are temporary like a bruise or a pimple! I don't alter bodies or change things that are parts of you. If you're really self-conscious about a specific area of your body, we can obviously talk about it and I'll take it into account on the way I pose you!
Absolutely! My approach is a full experience and for me it's very important that you feel supported all along the way. I'll give you personalized recommendations on locations, outfits and accessories! I got you all the way!!
Being photogenic is a myth!! Everybody can look good in pictures with the right photographer. I’m used to people that have never been photographed professionnally before and I love to see you transform while I guide you every step of the way! It's all about creating that safe space between us. So don’t worry, you’re both gonna look AMAZING!
